Terms & Conditions — hut4d Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the hut4d Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hut4d strictly prohibits participation by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted and may be blocked at the technical level.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. Individuals under guardianship or adjudicated as lacking legal capacity are not eligible.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended hut4d Account under any name, email address, or payment method.
• Non-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily applied through your Account settings or imposed by hut4d under these Terms.
• Own funds: You must be wagering your own money and not acting on behalf of, or as a nominee for, any third party.

3.1 Registration. To place Wagers on the Platform, you must complete the hut4d registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, active mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Should duplicate accounts be detected — including accounts using different names, email addresses, payment instruments, or device fingerprints — hut4d may suspend all related accounts, cancel any open Wagers, forfeit Bonus Credits, and withhold Balances pending review.

3.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, hut4d will require you to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable documents include a government-issued Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM). Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. hut4d processes all identity documents in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify hut4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. hut4d will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.5 Accurate Information. If any information provided at registration changes (for example, your residential address or contact number), you are required to update your Account profile promptly. hut4d accepts no liability for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated member information.

4.1 Supported Currency. All transactions on the hut4d Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied by hut4d; any conversion fees arising from your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Methods. hut4d accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are credited only to accounts registered in your own legal name. hut4d targets a processing time of under three minutes for standard withdrawal requests during normal operating conditions, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. A withdrawal may be withheld or delayed if: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) a Wager is open or in-settlement; (c) Bonus Credit wagering requirements have not been met; (d) hut4d has reasonable grounds to investigate suspicious account activity; or (e) the withdrawal request does not meet the stated minimum withdrawal threshold.

4.5 Third-Party Payments. hut4d does not accept deposits from, or issue withdrawals to, payment accounts held in a name other than your own registered member name. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. hut4d may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of the offer; those specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, supersede this clause.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, all Bonus Credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. hut4d maintains active monitoring for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedged Wagers to deplete wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, coordinating with other Members to arbitrage promotional offers, and using automated software or bots. Where bonus abuse is identified, hut4d reserves the right to cancel all Bonus Credits, void related Wagers, and suspend or close the Account.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus Credits that are not used within the period specified in the promotion's terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Credits cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Promotional Changes. hut4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retrospectively alter the wagering conditions applicable to Bonus Credits already credited to Member Accounts.

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. A Wager is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference number is issued. hut4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any Wager at its discretion, including where odds or game parameters were displayed in error.

6.2 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and other competitions — are governed by the general sports betting rules published on the Platform. In-play (mix parlay) bets are subject to the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance; subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed Wagers.

6.3 Live Casino. Live casino games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other providers are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-game, hut4d will resolve the round using recorded game-server data as the authoritative source.

6.4 Slot Games. Slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

6.5 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are taken from official published draw results for each pool (SGP, HK, SDY). hut4d bears no responsibility for delays or corrections to official draw results issued by the relevant draw authority. Payouts are calculated and credited automatically upon result confirmation.

6.6 Void Bets. hut4d may void a Wager where: a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or determined to have been subject to match-fixing; where a game error affected the outcome; or where the Wager was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided Wagers are returned to the Member's Balance in full.

7.1 Commitment. hut4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its products and services. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment; it should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recouping losses.

7.2 Player Tools. All Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds.
• Session time alerts — receive notifications after a pre-set duration of continuous play.
• Loss limits — cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict Account access for a defined number of days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the nominated exclusion period.

7.3 Minors. hut4d operates a strict 21+ policy. If you believe a minor may have gained access to your Account, contact our support team immediately. hut4d will suspend the Account and investigate the matter as a priority.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the hut4d Platform — including but not limited to the hut4d brand name, logo, graphical design, software, game interfaces, text, data feeds, and odds data — is the exclusive property of hut4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Permitted Use. Your Account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, or distributing Platform content; scraping, crawling, or programmatically accessing odds data; creating derivative works; or reverse-engineering any part of the Platform software.

8.3 Prohibited Conduct. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform outside of normal browser use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination.

9.1 Service Availability. hut4d aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime; however, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability. hut4d is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

9.2 Accuracy of Information. Odds, game outcomes, and statistical data are provided in good faith. hut4d is not liable for errors in odds displays, provided that any materially incorrect odds are corrected prior to or promptly after Wager acceptance, with affected Wagers voided and stakes returned.

9.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hut4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Consequential Loss. hut4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data — howsoever caused, even if hut4d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.1 By hut4d. hut4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hut4d has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account is being used fraudulently, for money laundering, or for any other illegal purpose.
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The Member is found to hold more than one Account on the Platform.
• The Member has engaged in bonus abuse or collusion as described in Clause 5.3.
• The Member has used automated tools or software in breach of Clause 8.3.

10.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hut4d may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, hut4d reserves the right to forfeit the Balance in its entirety and report the matter to relevant authorities.

10.3 Voluntary Closure. Members wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by the Platform's licensing authority. In matters relating to Members resident in Indonesia, Indonesian consumer protection principles will be taken into account where applicable.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Member should first contact hut4d's customer support team, which will attempt to resolve the matter within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent dispute resolution body designated by the Platform's licensing authority.

11.3 Language. These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

12.1 Right to Amend. hut4d reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, hut4d will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via the email address or in-platform notification registered to their Account.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 10.3.

12.3 Version History. The currently published version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions. hut4d does not maintain publicly accessible archives of previous Terms versions, but prior versions may be requested by contacting our support team.
